HIAB / BEAVERTAIL DRIVER

Summary: Immediate start available for the right candidate

· Working hours Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm / day shift
· Weekend and night shift work available
· Carry out single or multiple drops from Company depot to customers
· Ensure the vehicle is appropriately driven and maintained
· Ensure loading/offloading is carried out correctly and safely
· Daily vehicle walk around / defect sheets must be completed before vehicle leaves depot
· Report defects to management in a timely manner
· Ensure Driver & Vehicle tachograph downloads are completed on due date[s]
· Live within a commutable distance to the Company’s depot
· Competitive salary on offer

Experience:

· Minimum 3 years HGV driving experience a must.
· Minimum of 5 years overall driving experience.
· Minimum 3 years Crane / Hiab experience a must
· Loader Secure certificate
· Must be over the age of 25 years + (for insurance)

The Person:

· Clean Driving Licence Class 1 {C+E} {No Points}
· Valid Driver Qualification & Driver Card
· CPC or ALMI crane operator certification and experience
· Lorry loader (HIAB) licence and experience
· Experience in loading and offloading plant a must
· Understand & complete all documentation necessary for each job including delivery notes
· A team player with a friendly and approachable manner
· Security conscious, actively safeguard against theft of company property/goods
